Whether playing music at background levels or delivering room-filling sound, the M2 is designed to maintain a clear, controlled performance. Two Zones, One Compact System
The M2 is designed to power two independent audio zones from a single device, each with its own music source and volume control. This makes it ideal for installations where different areas, such as a living room and kitchen, or an indoor space and terrace, need flexible listening options without the need for separate amplifiers.
Both zones can play the same music or different content simultaneously. Alternatively, all four amplifier channels can be combined to power a single zone, providing additional flexibility for larger spaces or more demanding speaker configurations.
Seamless Streaming and System Integration
The M2 supports Apple AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect and Bluetooth, alongside internet radio and external analogue or digital audio sources. Built-in DSP allows installers to tailor the sound to the speakers and listening environment, while trivum Matrix support enables compatible systems to share audio sources directly.
For projects requiring a wider multiroom setup, the M2 can also be combined with other compatible trivum SoundSystems, allowing installations to expand as requirements grow.
Fanless Design for Discreet Installation
Despite its high output, the M2 operates without a cooling fan. Its efficient Class D amplification and large passive heatsink help dissipate heat while keeping operation quiet, making it suitable for discreet residential installations. The unit can be installed on a shelf, mounted on a wall or fitted into a 19-inch equipment rack with the appropriate mounting kit.
