Can I order online?
Yes – you can order online. Search for products. Add items to the basket, then proceed to checkout and place an order. You can also create a wish list of product items.
What is the minimum order quantity or value?
There are no minimum order quantities or values for standard items.
Where can I find the tracking number for my parcel?
This would be emailed upon despatch. Most orders are despatched with Fedex next day or Royal Mail. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any despatch queries.
What are the IMP opening hours?
9-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Where can I see IMP products?
You can view products online, at various trade shows, at the Vimar Showroom in Pimlico, E touch in Palma, or at IMP.
Does IMP make site visits?
Yes – the Sales Team are available to make site visits all over the country. To arrange an appointment please email Sales@improducts.co.uk
