REFUNDS & RETURNS

All products are supplied in accordance with our standard terms and conditions. 

Any stock shortages must be reported to IMP within five working days on receipt of goods.

All return requests must be authorised and approved in advance. Please send an email to accounts@improducts.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, mail items to:

DELIVERY DATES

Any delivery dates given by us are approximate only and no liability can be accepted for any loss, injury, damage or expenses consequent upon any delay in delivery from any cause whatsoever nor shall any delay entitle the customer to cancel any order or to refuse to accept delivery.
