Marine Account Manager

Location: UK (Field-Based)

IMP is a well‑established UK distributor representing some of the world’s leading marine and residential brands — including Andersen Winches, Bamar, BCM, JBL, Lopolight, LXNAV, Ronstan, Seaview, Shadow‑Caster, Shockwave and Vimar. As exclusive UK distributors for many of these premium brands, we are trusted by Boat Builders, Designers, Dealers, Refitters and Chandleries across the industry.

We are now looking for a driven, professional Marine Account Manager to join our team and help grow our presence across the UK marine sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing sales of our marine hardware products across the UK, working with a wide range of customers and markets.
  • Managing and maximising existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Handling larger projects and engaging with key decision‑makers to maintain product specification through to final order.
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs across all key sectors and product categories.
  • Representing IMP at exhibitions, events, and seminars.
  • Working collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience within the marine specification market and knowledge of technical marine products.
  • A proven track record in both account development and new business generation.
  • High levels of self‑motivation, professionalism, and organisation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new products and evolving technologies.
  • A genuine desire to succeed and grow within a leading marine industry distributor.
