LXNAV’s E360 Round Chartplotter Wins Prestigious DAME Award at Metstrade 2025

LXNAV has secured one of the marine industry’s highest honours, with its E360 Round Chartplotter named the overall winner of the 34th DAME Design Award. The announcement was made during the annual Breakfast Briefing ahead of the Metstrade 2025 opening.
The DAME Awards Jury reviewed 146 entries, ultimately selecting 67 products for nomination. From this group, LXNAV’s E360 rose to the top, alongside eight Category Winners, 18 Special Mentions and two Environmental Design Award recipients. According to the Jury, competition for the overall prize was exceptionally close this year, but the E360’s blend of cohesive design, intuitive interface and robust functionality consistently set it apart.
The E360 is a 4-inch (102 mm) round touchscreen multi-function display capable of presenting a wide range of NMEA 2000 data. It comes preloaded with OpenSeaMap charts, offers Navionics compatibility via SD card, and incorporates Fusion audio control. Built to IPX6 waterproof standards, the unit also includes Wi-Fi, GPS and extensive user-configurable data and alert options.
LXNAV is known for its high-performance aviation instruments, has been expanding into marine electronics in recent years. The Jury highlighted the company’s successful transfer of aviation-grade design principles into the marine environment, noting the E360’s competitive pricing and optional NMEA 2000-connected jog-wheel controller as standout features.
