Ronstan’s newest shackle range features a latch mechanism for quick and intuitive one-handed operation. Release under load is easily accomplished by using a spike (available as RF1322) to safely actuate the trigger.

The material selection and manufacturing processes have been carefully refined in the design and testing stages of the Triggersnap shackle. Heat treated, investment cast 15-5PH stainless steel components offer high strength, corrosion resistance and durability. Each Ronstan TriggersnapTM is individually proof-load tested and stamped with a production code for traceability. The range is available in three sizes for max. working loads 1000 – 2400kg, and with large or small swivel bail options to suit individual requirements. An aluminium alloy release spike (RF1322) is available as an optional accessory to assist with safe release under higher loads.
