Cantalupi Custom Products

A whole dedicated process-cycle has been developed in Cantalupi for custom products. Product engineering developed by the technical department, construction of prototypes and samples made by the prototyping machine in very short times and the whole production cycle in-house, constitute the added-value of our company. Architects and Designers can now interface directly with our Custom Division to give shape to their ideas.

Cycle of Production

Every single product is totally conceived, engineered and fully developed internally, including the production of tooling manufacturing and moulding. This allows to develop new products in a relative short time and guarantees total control in all the phases of development. The production-cycle of the whole Cantalupi range of products is vertically integrated, from the production of polymer components to the final assembly. All this guarantees total quality control and complete independence from external suppliers.
