Portlights
Gebo Portlights are constructed from anodised aluminium. The acrylic is a standard smoke grey of 10 mm thickness. All parts are constructed from non-corrosive materials. Powder-coating of the frame to any RALcolour is optional and other tinted acrylics available to special order.
Gebo are Watertight in design for 100% watertight hull fitting and certified for category A+B+C+D. The unique clamp system provides tightness and simple installation. Sealant is simply applied between the portlight and hull; the portlight is pushed into place; the inner ring is screwed around the inside of the frame. To save on labour time the rim and frame are pre-drilled. Each portlight is supplied with an aperture template to aid fiting. Gebo clamp system portlights are suitable for wall thickness of 4 to 23mm. Gebo portlights have a unique three point Friction Hinge for easier opening. The Non drip design gives a smooth angled outer frame to prevent water from collecting on the opened frame and dripping into the cabin. Optional rainshields and mosquito screens can be supplied for most standard sizes.
Portlights should be fitted to a flat surface with a maximum tolerance of 1mm.
Rectangular Portlights
Gebo standard rectangular portlights are certified for category A+B+C+D area I. They offer 6 aperture sizes from 268x 141mm, 346x 141mm, 375x 175mm, 375x 215mm, 475x 255mm to 600x 175mm in both opening and fixed versions. The radius is 56mm.
Circular Ended Portlights
Gebo circular ended portlights are available in 4 aperture sizes in opening and fixed versions. 375x 141mm, 375x 175mm, 483x 229mm and 600x175mm.
Portlights Round and Elliptical
There are 3 standard sizes in opening and fixed versions: 175mm, 198mm and 236mm. The opening portlights have two locking knobs for watertightness. They are certified for category A+B+C+D area III. Eliptical portlights are available is 510x265mm and 980x 200mm aperture.
Flushline Portlights
Designed to complement the Flushline hatches and offer a sleek deck line. The Flushline portlights are suitable for area III and wall thicknesses 9 - 21mm. They are available in 9 sizes from 301x 206mm to 676x 191mm. The radius is 56 with the exception of the circular ended flushline 426x 206mm with radius 103.
Econoline Portlights
The econoline design is recommended for the deck, coachroof or the cockpit and transom. It is suitable for wall thickness 4 to 20mm. It is a more economical version of the standard gebo portlight with a sealed acrylic panel rather than an acrylic in frame. There are 7 sizes from 304x 155mm to 627 x191mm and 688 x 175mm in fixed and opening options.
