Stand-up Lead Blocks/Backing Plates (foreguy blocks)

Schaefer Stand-up Lead blocks are ideal for use as foreguy blocks.

Heavy duty stand-up springs and swivel design help prevent damage to deck.
Full 360 degree rotation.

Snap Shackles/Shackle Guards

Schaefer's Snap Shackles are made from investment cast 17-4 PH stainless steel. Each shackle is individually X-rayed to assure against casting voids. The hinge arm is designed to assure snag free releases.

Three sizes are available with safe working loads between 2,250lbs and 5,000lbs.

Snatch Blocks

Schaefer's Snatch Blocks feature rugged construction and ease of operation.

Investment cast snap shackle head attaches to the block with a ball joint swivel. This permits 360 degree rotation with a 15 degree tilting action.
Block cage can be opened allowing a line to inserted at any point, rather than being reeved as with conventional blocks.

Spinnaker Mast Slides

Schaefer's Spinnaker Pole Sliders feature large rings to accomodate most plunger and latch type pole ends.

Welded slides are made from type 316 stainless steel with a welded ring.
Investment cast slides feature heavier slide and ring construction.
