Antenna Mounts

Our brackets accept most GPS or VHF antennas with 1” (26mm) x 14 thread. Convenient slot in the side of each unit allows antennas to be mounted without feeding the entire cable through base.

Chainplates

Made from type 304 Stainless Steel tumbled and polished to a high luster finish.

Double Jaw Toggles

Similar to our Eye Jaw design, Double Jaw Toggles are used with the same pin sizes as marine eyes and mechanical end fittings on 1 x 19 stainless wire. These type 316 stainless toggles permit proper ”universal” motion in rigging applications to help reduce wire, rod and end fitting fatigue. Extra deep slot allows use in split masthead sheave boxes. Toggle may be inverted to accept weldment tabs for chainplates.

Eye Jaw Toggles

Made of type 316 Stainless Steel, these high fatigue fittings are designed for use with corresponding
pin sizes of swage or mechanical type marine eyes commonly used on 1x19 stainless wire. Extra deep strap designed to allow end-to-end assembly to Double Jaw Toggles.

Link Tangs

Made from type 304 Stainless Steel, Link Tangs are designed to be used with our Eye Jaw Toggles, or in conjunction marine eyes or mechanical end fittings of the same pin size commonly used on 1 x 19 stainless wire. Sold in pairs with clevis and cotter pins included.

Round Utility Rings

Perfect for Adjustable Backstay configurations and many other applications. Schaefer's High-Strength Stainless Steel Rings are welded from Stainless Steel Rod then polished and buffed to a mirror smooth surface.

Stainless Bails

Perfect for attaching blocks to your boom or boom vangs to your spars, our stainless bails are formed from type 304 Stainless Steel tumbled and polished to a high luster finish. Choose from our stamped versions for dinghys and small daysailors or from our exceptionally strong Heavy Duty Forged Bails for larger cruisers or racers.

Strap Tangs

Constructed of type 304 Stainless Steel. Available in a wide variety of widths, thicknesses and configurations. Each is radius chopped, hole punched, tumbled and polished. 1/2” (13mm) and 3/4” (19mm) wide tangs are 1/16” (1.5mm) thick with 3/16” (5mm) dia. Holes at each end. 1” (25mm) wide tangs are 3/32” (2mm) thick with 1/4” (6mm) dia. Holes at each end.

Triangle Plates

Manufactured from type 304 stanless steel, Triangle Plates are designed to be used with corresponding pin size of swage or mechanical type marine eyes commonly used with 1x19 stainless wire. Ideal for use with split backstays or triadic stays on ketch rig boats. Sold in pairs with (3) three clevis and cotter pins included.
